Great Running Shoes -I've been wearing gel kayno's for about five years, these are the most comfortable and the best that I have ever had; the price and the delivery time were incredible. I would recommend to everyone.
Awesome! -This is my second pair of Kayano 16 Running Shoes. The support in the Asics really keeps my feet square with the ground through the stride, and my shins and knees are thanking me. I have tried many more "cushion" focused running shoes (air max360s, shox TL, etc..) to alleviate impact, but after a few miles my poor form got worse with soft shoes. The proper alignment these help create has been awesome, and I don't miss the rubbery feeling of the super-cushioned shoes at all. (not saying these are stiff - they are very comfortable - just that nothing is as soft as air max360s). The offset lacing on these is also very cool - I feel like it really does get the tensioning correct around the foot... the look of the offset lacing is a little odd at first but I've grown to really like it and actually got more compliments on these when they were new than I remember getting with any of my Nikes. Pick them up here at a cheaper price than the store, bonus!!!
