Well my dad is getting me Nike Men's Zoom Shift FB Track and Field Shoe i want to know if it will be a good distance shoes
Nike has always made good track and field shoes so yep you probably are getting a good pair. But personally i would recommend either the Nike Zoom Victories or the Nike Zoom Matumbos. these are both Nike's lightest tracks spikes out there today and are both made for distance running.
