Thank you for getting my shoes to me so fast. I love the Nike Zoom Vomero + 5. More comfortable Nike never I property.
I\ has worn Nike Pegasus for years but I\ thought would treat these based on the recommendation of a friend\ for a shoe with more damping.
It is more subdued, but bother my knees to executions than I\ I pasted with the Pegasus.
I found these shoes to be equal light and comfortable like its predecessor, Vomero + 4.
Offers good heel and ankle support and his finger painting is spacious, crushed not like some other running shoes. Does not have as many reflective strips (at night and early) in the morning...

Can the latest fitness gadgets improve your fitness in 2012?
Have you made your New Yearâs resolution yet? Many of us will be vowing to get fit in 2012 whether it is by signing up to the local gym, taking up a fitness class or becoming more active in our day-to-day lives.
And it is the perfect year to improve your health. With the London Olympic Games next summer there is no better inspiration to shed those Christmas pounds.
For me this is how it starts. Iâm positive that this year will be the year that I will lose weight, tone up and generally feel fitter. The reality is that this upbeat attitude will dwindle and then quickly disappear as soon as I find that the fitness regime I felt so elated about is hard work, painful and is slow to produce any visbile results.
Regular Life Matters readers will know that I have tried many fitness fads over the years. There were the MBT trainers that say that they can tone your body as you walk and the Nike+ Sportsband and Nike Vomero trainers that act like a virtual running club so that you can see how your fitness levels are improving. Then there was the challenging task of having a personal trainer for four weeks to help me kick, punch and run my way to fitness and the less taxing i-Joyride which was a bit like a bucking bronco.
Can i wash running shoes (Nike Vomero 4s) in the wash machine?
Please understand what type of shoes these are before you answer. They're expensive running shoes by Nike and are like other running shoes on the market- they have a mesh upper.
These are getting pretty dirty already and I was just wondering
If they are that good, they should have came with instructions for cleaning.
I would wash them gentle cycle and just warm water.
Then let them air dry, no dryer.
