Robbers continue to keep the police busy
Another six people have become victims as the police grapple with the spate of robberies that have occurred over the past few weeks.
Reports are that the victims were robbed of their money and jewelry by armed gunmen while at a food stall in Willikies.
Further reports are that the owner and operator of the food stall was about to close his business when two men drove up in a red Suzuki Sidekick motor jeep registration number A 3690 with a black soft top.
It is alleged that one of the men, described as being about five feet tall, light brown in complexion and dressed in a pair of blue ¾ jeans pants, a green T-shirt, a pair of Adidas slippers, and sporting a single plaited hair style, got out of the vehicle and approached the stall.
Allegations are that the second man, seconds later, exited the vehicle wearing dark coloured clothing, a dark cap and a mask on his face and armed with a gun.
