It's the last day! Can you believe we made it? The perfect way to celebrate the end of fashion week is with some serious R & R. We plan on slipping into our jammies, clicking through slideshows, sorting through photos, and indulging in some non-fashion-related guilty pleasures (like catching up on bad TV). But don't lose all the glamour just because you're no longer on the runway sidelines. Get comfy in style with Daniel Green's Denise Slippers. Metallic stripes, smooth leather, yet insanely comfortable--these slip-ons will restore your sartorial sanity.

The Coalition and Andrew Wilkie worked hard on putting up Rob Oakeshott as Speaker, attempting to unravel government’s deal with Peter Slipper.
We think this is a fascinating tale from an unusually interesting week in Club Fed.
Tony Abbott did his best to disrupt the arrangement where he was losing one of his MPs and suggested to the ambitious and mortgage-stressed Rob Oakeshott that he become the Speaker. It certainly would have been an amusing counter-coup but we suspect – because of the aggressive behaviour of the LNP organisaton and the fury of local LNP members who wanted to slot Slipper for their own reasons – they were going to lose Slipper anyway.
The revelations slightly undermine the Opposition’s position that the Westminster system would be undermined by the government not providing a Speaker but they’d already publicly agreed to have an independent one – and later changed their mind on legal advice – so that’s not a huge issue.

I believe Dorme is the style for the opened-toe ones.
nope, never heard of them.

Spare Times: For Children, for Feb. 17-23 In one vignette an adult (Daniel Mendoza) plays a spinach-hating boy, and two small children portray his parents. Dressed-for-success tykes glued to smartphones as they sigh over their “son” are hilarious enough, but the sketch's visual punch line |
